I offer fractional and project-based support in the following areas:

Zoning Research and Analysis

I have over seven years of experience in planning and zoning across the public and private sectors, including roles as a City Planner for the City of Plant City’s Planning & Zoning Division and as a Planning and Zoning Analyst for Millman National Land Services (now CBRE), as well as work with clients such as American Zoning Services, where I have conducted zoning research on properties located in more than 100 cities across the United States.

I have extensive experience in zoning research and analysis, particularly in evaluating the zoning districts of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to determine their zoning background, conformance status, and development history. I can provide this analysis as a consultation service to clients. I can also advise small businesses, nonprofits, and residents on whether their dream concept complies with current zoning, permitting, and land development regulations. Zoning is the regulatory backbone of jurisdictions across the United States, and I am happy to help you understand that language and permitting process!

Operational Support

I have over 15 years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. One of my specialties is providing operational and strategic support to small departments. I understand that many smaller nonprofit organizations, departments, and programs often require staff to wear multiple hats and manage numerous responsibilities, where an extra hand or support may be needed.

Whether you are a small department, a startup business, or a small nonprofit organization, I can provide support ranging from community outreach to general administrative support, data entry and analysis, and assistance with program development logistics.

Community-Based Event Planning Support

As a visual artist and nonprofit urban planning professional, I have over 10 years of cumulative community-based event planning experience, leading events such as Summer Roots Fest, and Arts Rise! North Tampa Festival of the Arts. I have also assisted with events, including SPACE Art Collective’s 2025 SPACE INVASION!, City of Tampa’s 2015 Lights-On Tampa, Plant City’s Bike Ride with the Mayor, and the Improvement League of Plant City CDC’s A Taste of Laura Street.

Whether you are a community-based nonprofit organization or a small business looking for an extra hand with planning and executing events, I can provide support in areas such as event planning, day-of coordination, and vendor layout and coordination.

I was a Co-Lead in the event planning committee for the City of Plant City’s 2017 and 2018 Bike Ride with the Mayor events.

I am also bilingual in English & Spanish!
